OMPUNDJA CONSTITUENCY OFFICE
Ompundja constituency is an electoral constituency in the oshana region of namibia. It has 4 659 inhabitants, 19 administrative centres and it has a surface area of 466 km² square kilometre. The constituency domestically borders the following constituencies namely; ondangwa rural constituency in the eastern, uukwiyuushona constituency south eastern, oshakati east in the northern, oshakati west to the north-western and uuvudhiya on the south west. The constituency office is located at enguwantale growth point.
Economic activities
Substance farming and production is the main source of foods and income. Apart from agricultural activities, there are also a number of commercial activities taking place in the constituency at a small and medium scale such as retailers, services enterprises, tailoring, arts and craft, poultry and livestock farming.

The constituency has potential opportunities in areas such as tourism and hospitality, agro- processing, setting up a vocational training centre and small scale service industries

There are eight (8) schools of which two (2) are combined school, six (6) are primary schools and an agriculture extension office.
